運用スペシャリストとして、私は効率性を高く評価しています。私は現在、CRM、スケジューラー、提案、契約、請求書、支払い、ダイレクトメールとして17Hatsを使用しています。ただし、17Hatsにはメールマーケティングがないため、新しいリードやクライアントを見つけるためにメールキャンペーンを実施する場合は厄介です。
Gmassに出会い、そのアイデアが気に入りました。なぜなら、私のGmailはすでに17Hatsに接続されているので、MASS EmailはCRMの連絡先の下に表示され続けるからです。Gmassを使い始めたばかりですが、セットアップのしやすさ、使いやすさ、素晴らしいレポートにより、毎月の投資に見合うだけの価値がありました。Gmailユーザーでメールマーケティングが必要な場合は、ぜひ試してみてください。

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in 17Hats I had NO simple email marketing and now Gmass is helping with that problem
What do you dislike about the product?
That it only pulls from spreadsheets and not directly linked in with other CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
As an operations specialist, I highly value efficiency. I currently use 17Hats as my CRM, Scheduler, Proposals, Contracts, Invoices, Payments and direct emailing. However 17Hats does not have email marketing which is a bummer when running email campaigns to find new leads and clients.
I came across Gmass and LOVED the ideas because my Gmail is already connected into 17Hats so now MASS Emails will still show up in my CRM under the contact. I just started using Gmass but the ease of setup, ease of use and amazing reports has made it well worth the monthly investment! Definitely try it out if you are a gmail user and need email marketing.
