What do you dislike about the product?

There is no downside to this tool hence there is no dislike for Sophos MDR

What do you like best about the product?

Sophos provides advanced level of threat prevention required for organisations in managing daily activites. It has good customer support which reviews settings and configurations for endpoint regularly and making sure it is running at peak point without any issues. It is is easy to use and has quick response to potential threats and detailed description of problem helping in taking measures to remove it. Responses are received on email so do not have to implement any other solution to manage threats. Easy to implement this and as frequency of use is daily and can be integrated with other reporting tools

What do you dislike about the product?

The logs could be improved since they do not detail some events, making analysis difficult.

What do you like best about the product?

Effectiveness against threats and new risk of security

What do you dislike about the product?

Some times you cannot have the total control of quarantined files, there is no repository for them. For example you cannot copy/donload an infected quarantined file for further investigation without white list it before for auto resolve.

Easy to install, excellent partner support, and Cyber Insuranse included

Yeah some potential Downsides are there here are few
1. Cost
2.False Positives like any detection system or Sophos MDR it generating fasle Positives alerts to users to potential threats that turns out to be benign and may lead to alert fatigue amoung security personnel

Enabled Sophos MDR is it can detect more threats than security tools can identify on their own and Identify the root cause of threats to prevent future incidents.

Integration with thirparty tools is difficult

concerns with Sophos MDR include cost, customization limits but with guidance and knowlege you can find what works for you.

Sophos MDR excels with proactive threat detection, 24/7 monitoring, expert incident response, reduced false positives, and scalable, integrated security.

Nothing as such observed till date as disadvantage

Detailing of events in terms of investigating alerts could be deeper and Event types for a report can be made customizable.

Technical support sometimes takes a lot of time only to connect with the engineer.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of integration with Sophos or non-Sophos third-party tools, like Firewall, email, Endpoint Security Solutions, etc.

Also, it provided a well-managed real-time monitoring of threats and a comprehensive solution against each threat triggered.

Some time users are getting False positve detection.
Cost is higher then other vendor.
Some time integration of third party integration additional configuration required.

Shophos MDR ability to detect a wide range of Cyber threats across various endpoints networks and cloud infrastructure.
24/7monitoring Support are likely fgood to rectify the concern by support engineers.Dashboard are very user freiendly to execute task evaluate task.
Shophos Consistenlty updates its MDR solutions with new features, enhancement and threat intelligence.
