What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos MDR is providing end-to-end securiity monitoring, detection and remediation. The service includes the tools and technologies (Sophos Firewall, EDR etc.), their implementation, their detection policies, alerting and the mitigation steps. This gives the subscriber peace of mind as they no longer have to worry about maintaining a team of individual that will manager these solutions, define the content that works on these solutions and also action the alerts coming out of these solutions.

Lots of features but support is very tiring

We were looking for an addtionqal layer of defense when our team was not available. MDR allow us to have the vendor look after the alerts etc when we were unavaiable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sophos MDR aims to minimize the company´s security conecpt and the response times to cybersecurity incidents. The 24/7 protection cannot be covered by internal employees, ther is lack of knowledge and the corresponding human resources.

Sophos MDR one of the best threat detection and response applications on the market.

Sophos MDR alleviates the need to employ additional security experts in our organisation to monitor threats to customer sites. Sophos MDR team detects and stops malicious attempts at breaching our customer sites ensuring we are able to keep to our security Agreements in place with our clients.

As a public service institution we work with sensitive Data and need to assure that there won't be any sudden ransomware Attack over night. With Sophos MDR we know that this is assured.
