Briaを使うと、オフィスやオフィス外で働いているときに、短時間でさまざまな人と連絡を取ることができます。その点では用途が広く、仕事中ずっと柔軟に対応してくれたことに感謝しています。従来の固定電話や携帯電話よりも、ラップトップから電話に応答する方がずっと好きです。
改善してほしいポイントは何でしょうか？
Briaについて最も役に立たないのは、電話がかかってきても音が耳に少し柔らかくなることがあるため、通知が聞こえないことが多いことです。耳が聞こえにくいので、着信を逃さないように、呼び出し音を大きくするか、通知をもっとはっきりさせたいです。
この製品・サービスの良いポイントは何でしょうか？
Briaで役立つのは、ラップトップから電話をすばやく取り出すことができることです。固定電話が不要な場所でも、柔軟に対応できます。高速で効率的です。

Bria is convenient for work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bria allows me to contact various people at a shorter period of time whilst working from the office and out of the office. It is versatile in that way and appreciate the flexability it has given me throughout my work days. I much prefer answering phone calls from my laptop rather than a traditonal landline or cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about Bria is that often times I don't hear the notifcation when I get a phone call as the sound can be a bit soft to the ear. I am hard of hearing and would like a louder ring or a more apparent notifcation so I don't miss any calls.
What do you like best about the product?
What is helpful about Bria is the ability to quickly pick up the phone from my laptop. It allows flexability location wise where a landline is not necessary. It is fast and efficient.
