What do you dislike about the product?

Coupa has good features and reduces risks, looking forward for more such products and services.

What do you like best about the product?

Coupa is an efficient platform for procurement. It helps greatly in process of invoicing and payments. The automation of the source to pay helps in saving time as well as it is cost effective. The platform is user friendly and simple to process the requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wouldn't necessarily say this is a bad thing, but I feel like there are a lot of features that are provided that I haven't even used.

What do you like best about the product?

In my opinion COUPA is very straight forward to use. It is also extremely customizable. The way our company has it setup is perfect because our offices outside of corporate often have questions on how to utilize certain features. Our employees are able to go to certain pages and get step by step directions on how to operate certain funcations. Coupa support is also very nice to work with.

What do you dislike about the product?

Coupa's implementation took a while and it was not the easiest, but we ultimately implemented it. it does take a while to get used to and getting preexisting vendors onboarded was not the easiest.

What do you like best about the product?

Coupa has been a comprehensive spend-management platform for us. Coupa has made onboarding new suppliers easy. Invoice Smash is a great tool as well which has made our AP process much more simple. PO creation is simple and, most of the time, straightforward. Coupa integrates with our ERP which streamlines our processes.

What do you dislike about the product?

Coupa's acquisitions didn't help them to keep things simple and focussed.

Easy to use and fast to adopt. Cloud based seeing a lot of innovation.

What do you dislike about the product?

For now the only issues I have with Coupa is when I set up new international supplier. The remit-to address is not syncing in from NetSuite and you have to manually create the address. Also, when you changed laptop, your 2-Factor authentification needs to be updated but why do you need to lose your "privilege" permission setting when update 2-F.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the automation. Sending daily notification to managers to approve invoices and Purchase Requistion. Allowing the purchase requestors to view their orders, invoices and payment status without them having to reach out to accounting for the updates. Setting up customized approval chain and the function of adding additional new approvers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I do not feel like there is enough support related to catalogs and cXML invoicing. I would like for there to be a better way to have it made public which suppliers offer catalogs (not just the Coupa Advantage suppliers).

What do you like best about the product?

I really like utilizing the Analytics sectoin of Coupa. It took awhile to get the hang of, but there is an abundance of categories, filters, etc. to choose from, in order to streamline it for my organization. I'm also able to pull raw data from variants I have built in Requests, Invoices, Suppliers, etc. in order to ensure that my tiles and dashboards have been set up correctly.

Nothing to dislike about this product it is very good and going in good direction to solve the real world problem and provide user their best experience very efficiently.

Coupa's core product, Coupa Procure-to-Pay, helps organizations automate and streamline their procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, and invoice management. Coupa Expense Management provides tools for managing employee expenses and travel expenses. They also offer Coupa Invoicing for automating the invoice submission, approval, and payment processes

What do you dislike about the product?

Now onto the negatives. Firstly, the documentation is terrible. Multiple tables need to be updated within the tool, and the online documentation covers the basics only; it is a struggle to understand the effects of adding or removing data to a particular column within these tables. For example, there is a table known as the Open/Close Relations table, the documentation lists the columns and explains each column, but this is not enough to understand the tool. There must be multiple examples with explanations so that the theory can be better understood. This point may seem trivial, but SCGX and Modeller are one of the priciest off-the-shelf Supply Chain Optimization solutions, and the online documentation's lack of quality is extremely disturbing. There are problems with the training material too, the videos are disjointed, and the explanations are lacking. These are significant issues else this software would have been a 9/10 rated solution. Also, concerning the cloud solution, it is incredibly buggy. Some models fail inexplicably, but this is not a significant problem as one can depend on the offline version. Also, a point to note is that Coupa offers excellent support via email and consulting services. If you run into issues with the tool or have trouble understanding the tool, this offsets the cons mentioned earlier concerning the documentation and training material.

What do you like best about the product?

I have used both SCGX desktop and online cloud versions. The cloud version lacks many things, but I haven't docked any points for these because the desktop version still exists. I will mention the negatives for the cloud version within the cons section. For now, the positives. Firstly the tool is a beast, and it can handle complex networks. I have used the software for network design and optimization, primarily known in Operations Research textbooks as the facility location problem. The software is smooth; it has efficient ways for the user to input data into the tool and multiple options for optimizing the network, including inventory, production, transportation costs and all kinds of expenses that a supply chain planner would imagine. I have not even covered all the depths of the tool in the projects that I have worked on. Full marks for that. The software also has options for mapping and creating dashboards within the software, which is great. Finally, I would say it is an excellent tool that can solve many problems from a supply chain optimization point of view.
