What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a produt that doesn't has conncetor built in FortiSOAR, you need to create one and it isn't easy to create connector.
What do you like best about the product?
FortiSOAR is the best technology that helps the analyst to detect if alerts are false positive or true positive automaticaly. FSR has many features that we can use in our organization as ingest data from many sources, automate workflow, and respond to incident. It has a sample GUI that makes it easier. We can use FortiSOAR(FSR) to assign user to incident and automate incident response(IR) process. We can integrate FSR with many vender using connectors(API). Fotinet has a very helpfull support and community.
