What do you dislike about the product?

I would have liked if the follow up feature was on the least expensive plan.

What do you like best about the product?

I really enjoy using Gmass because of the simplicity. I tried other email marketing tools, but they were complicated. The other tools also did not let me send a high number of emails, they limited me to low numbers. Gmass allows me to send a high number of emails with simplicity. I also like how they explain to push the number of emails even further. They have great customer service. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Gmass to anyone.

Love the products ,amazing but need more clarity on sending personalize messages to multiple contacts at once

At first, I was slightly overwhelmed by all the different features within gmass so it was a little difficult to navigate but I got used to it after a while

Has many features that are easy to use including templates (so I can store my email template and reuse it with ease), and I like how it integrates really nicely with gmail. Literally get an email list from a freelancer and insert it straight into gmass from the gmail app, and customising emails with data values from specific columns of the google sheet is also easy.
