Various uses, but not intuitive
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As I said, we mostly use it to compile lists of accounts that we manage, based on certain criteria. We use it to pinpoint accounts with problems, so that we can give them further attention.
What do you dislike?
The end product is nice, but it takes a lot of effort to get there. I don't think the program is very intuitive, and getting the layout just right can be finicky. It can be time consuming, and difficult to train others on how to use it. I mostly end up exporting data to Excel because it's a waste of time to deal with it in the program, or to make page layouts in the program.
What do you like best?
There's a seemingly endless variety of tasks I can use this for, or data that I can analyze or compile. I most often use it to compile lists of accounts that my team manages, using various filters. It seems like the possibilities are endless, as long as the universe is created correctly.
