What do you dislike about the product?

Support is very slow to respond, which leads to a frustrating experience. Fortunately, over several years of using Buddy multiple times daily, we've only ever needed to contact support once, and that was an issue caused by us, not by the service.

What do you like best about the product?

Buddy dramatically improves the speed and reliability of our deployments. Now that we have removed any git or build process from our web servers, Our deployments have become far more secure.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing. I'm using buddy almost every day and there's nothing in particular that I don't like

Let Buddy to perform and automate crucial steps needed to deploy our SW is a time saver and reduces the risk of human errors.

The debugging is not accessible if something gets stuck

User-friendly interface, good documentation for usage.

Currently there is no things like that. I didn't find any bug or fail in the system.

I like the UI and the simplicity of managing things.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing in the current version. When I last used buddy, I found the UI to be a bit confusing; I have been using it a lot since December 2022, and this version checks all the boxes for being a good CI/CD solution.

I was looking to move from my previous solution of using Bitbucket Pipelines and Gitlab CI/CD for various projects I work on. Having a UI to work with rather than using YAML files puts my mind at ease about setting up CI/CD processes.

Well i somehow dislike the free plan duration would love buddy team to extend the free plan a bit

The helpful part about buddy is the automation of my pipeline and nice feedback on failure or success of the pipeline execution

There is nothing to dislike about them. If there was, you could just tell them and they would fix it for you!

I love their interface. It was a breeze setting up the automated deployment script, even though I wasn't an expert then. Also their support is superb!

Previously we had a problem with permission system - something what should work, not worked properly, but in cooperation with support it was fixed. Every paid feature should work automatically, without asking support for help.

What do you like best about the product?

The biggest advantage of Buddy is its intuitive user interface. I also like many prepared actions which I can use in pipeline. Other platforms do not have an intuitive interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

Pipeline limits and quotas are low, pricing is high, all features cost more and more and once we needed to deploy something really fast and we needed to upgrade

What do you like best about the product?

Everything can be configured by clicking, which is better for me than writing in yml and you can easily move pipeline action between each other in nice graphic
