What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing particular. I have only had positive experiences so far.
If I had to think of something then maybe the lack of on-prem agent with cloud connector to expand to hybrid checks.

What do you like best about the product?

The free plan is excellent for small businesses or projects, but the features with paid plans expand upon that.
An easy to read pane of glass for all of your checks, plenty of flexibility and ease of use for non-techies as well as engineering teams.

What do you dislike about the product?

No major issues so far. My only wish would be to have some more customization for the status pages like the option for a more compact layout or a dark theme.

What do you like best about the product?

The free tier is very useful and provides more features and ways to monitor your sites/services than competing products. I'm especially happy with the TCP port monitoring that let's you properly check that a service is really running by checking the response for a specific string. Additionally, the ability to have more than one status page is great because we can setup a public facing status page that only shows relevant uptimes and also have an "internal" status page that shows us the status of everything at a glance. Free integration with Slack is also a huge bonus that their competitor removed from their free tier.

What do you dislike about the product?

Lots of features are locked behind paywall, integration with Fresh services is lacking information/options on what I can do now that it's integrated, etc.
You select a specific monitoring server for your checks but it still uses other servers to monitor which can fail due to geo-blocking on your systems.

What do you like best about the product?

It's free, it monitors webpages, it can email notifications, it can integrate with other Fresh related services, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing as of now, we liked everything we used.

The ease with which to set up, and monitor with the notifications.
