What do you dislike?

- Zero integrations with dashboard services like Geckoboard, Leftronic and others - I want to plot different kinds reports on dashboards!

- The different types of reports and how to use them is unintuitive and confusing to new users. I am an engineer using the product to track the usage of certain features.

- Sometimes the numbers you see in the reports look wrong and it's hard to explain where the data is coming from

- No way to track the number of event occurrences over time without manually making a bunch of power reports

What do you like best?

- Is able to store large amounts of data

- Pleasant user interface

- Powerful exports

- Great for monitoring A/B tests or simply counting the number of times certain user events happened between two dates

- Live event stream feature

If you're struggling with Google Analytics, definitely try out KISSmetrics.

What do you dislike?

'Huge' users that happen when different users log in on the same computer and get aliased together. No way to undo it

What do you like best?

I really like the added power of the new filters that were added recently. Also, I love using ABTest reports along with cohort reports.

What do you dislike?

The service of KissMetrics is not that great we have a lot of doubts and we never got an answer.

They are hard to reach and even harder to get a feedback from them. This is the most frustrating aspect of Kiss Metrics.

The other aspect that we dislike is the fact that when we do a funnel search then you can't click on the users of a certain group and have a deeper look at them.

Their path tool is just useless, needs to be improve.

What do you like best?

The amount of data and options are amazing. Really powerful tool. This without a doubt the best feature about Kiss Metrics.

But the fact that all that data can be combine with different search levels really makes this tool one of the best out there.
