唯一の欠点は、クラシックシステムから新しいライトシステムへの移行について、不必要に自発的に課せられたストレスでした。

メーラーライトクラシックからメーラーライトへの移行についてストレスを感じていました。私はあまり技術者ではありません。移行は比較的簡単で、たくさんのハウツーガイドとたくさんの簡単なステップが一口サイズに分割されていました。
メール収集用のフォームを使い始めることにしました。ユーザーテストしたところ、うまくいきませんでした。カスタマーサポートは素晴らしかったです。迅速な対応。どこが間違っていたかをすばやく特定し、修正方法を簡単に解決できます。スクリーンショットと矢印がわかりやすいため、自分で学習して修正できました。ちょうど私が必要としていたもの。私は3日間に2回、小さなバグ（すべて私のエラー）についてヘルプデスクを利用しましたが、毎回素晴らしかったです。
更新された mailer lite システムはとても使いやすくなりました。なぜそんなにストレスを感じたのか分かりません。素晴らしいシステムで、今まで使った中で最も簡単です。

Easy to use system and great support desk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mailer lite makes it easy for me to communicate with my clients, keeping all the emails and workflows in one place with a great support team
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was the uneccesary self imposed stress about migrating from classic to the new lite system

What do you like best about the product?
I was stressing about the migration of mailerlite classic to mailer lite. I am not a very techy person. The migration was relatively straight forward, with lots of how to guides and lots of simple steps broken down into bite size chunks.
I chose to start using a form for email collection. When I user tested, it did not work. The customer support was excellent. Prompt response. Quick identification of where I had gone wrong, and simple solution to how I could fix it - with clear screen shots and arrows so I could learn and fix it myself. Just what I needed. I have used the help desk twice in three days, for small bugs (all my error) and they have been brilliant each time.
The updated mailer lite system is so much easier to use. I have no idea why I was so stressed about it all. Great system, easiest I have used so far.
I feel it will be easy to integrate mailer lite with my course system that I use, and the number of features on the FREE plan is just perfect for me at the moment whilst I grow my business.
