改善してほしいポイントは何でしょうか？
ドラッグアンドドロップのメールビルダーでブロックを組み合わせることができないのは好きではありません。下にテキスト付きの写真だけを追加したり、別のスタイルの仕切りを追加したりしたい場合があります。さまざまなブロックを組み合わせて独自のコンテナを作成できるのは素晴らしいことです。

使いやすく、ユーザーフレンドリーです。使いやすいドラッグアンドドロップシステムを使用してゼロからメールキャンペーンをまとめるか、あらかじめデザインされているが編集可能なテンプレートを多数選択して、メールキャンペーンをまとめるという点では比較的直感的です。質問があったり、使用上の問題が発生したりした場合でも、カスタマーサービスは迅速で知識が豊富で、エスカレートする必要がなく、その瞬間に解決策を提示してくれます。これが気に入っています。迅速で効率的でフレンドリーなサービス！

Great Experience, Great Platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I quick, intuative platofmr for email. marketing that has some additional features available such as landing pages. Integrations with various automation platforms like Zapier and integromat (Make) and tracking functionalities and reporting - all in one space to help keep the efforts streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to combine blocks in the drag and drop email builder. Sometimes I want to be able to add just a photo with text below or a different style of divider. Being able to combine various blocks into your own containers would be fantastic.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and user friendly. It is relatively intuitive in terms of putting your email campaigns together, either from scratch with an easy o use drag and drop system or a choice of many pre-designed but editable templates. When you have a question or run into a challenge with use, their customer service is prmpt and knowledgable with solutions in the moment instead of having to escalate, which I love. Quick, efficient and friendly service!
