良い製品だが少し物足りない

機密情報を狙うハッカーから会社とファイルを守っています。プラットフォームにアクセスできるユーザーやデバイスを制限して管理していますが、それでも気を抜くことは出来ません。
改善してほしいポイントは何でしょうか？
このタイプのセキュリティアプリケーションの問題は、何が不足しているのかが分からないことです。私は、何に対して対策を行っていいのかを認識するのが難しいです。
マイクロソフト社は圧倒的な地位を確立した販売組織なので、きちんとした対応をしてくれます。
しかしもし、データがハッキングされたり乗っ取られたりした場合、誰が責任を取ってくれるのかを考えてしまいます。
また、ハッキングに対する警告がもっと強く、そしてもっと注意を引くものになればと思いますが、これは、きっと、製品自体のアップデートが必要なのでしょうね。
この製品・サービスの良いポイントは何でしょうか？
このソフトウェアのおかげで、シャドーITについての知識を得られ、見逃していた他のセキュリティリスクをも認識することができました。
また、プラットフォームにアクセスできるユーザーを制限できる点も気に入っています。こういうコントロール機能があることで製品に対する信頼度が高まります。

Decent, leaves things to be desired
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm protecting my company and my files from hackers that are looking to take advantage of my sensitive information. I'm able to decide who is getting access to my platform and from what device, and that type of peace of mind is hard to come by.
What do you dislike?
The issue with security apps like this one is that I never know what I 'm missing. It's tough for me to know what issues i'm not protecting myself against. Microsoft is a strong sales org so they tell me that everything is fine, but when my data gets hacked or taken advantage of, who am i to blame? I also wish the alerts for hacking were stronger and more attention grabbing, but i realize that would be an entire product update.
What do you like best?
I like how this product gives me insight into shadow IT, and other security risks that I could be missing out on. I also like how I'm able to decide who has access to the platform and who doesn't. That type of control makes it easier to trust the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I recommend it. Microsoft is a great name.
