What do you dislike?

The plans are pricey. Turns out, the forever plan was not forever free. I wish moosend had given a little more heads up for this feature or left a plan that was free but didn't allow sending more than 1 email per month or something. Just so we could still continue to be part of the family and maybe buy a subscription as needed

What do you like best?

The customer service is hands down the best I've encountered. The dashboard and features are top notch and easy to use. Besides the price point it's par none.

I'm a bit sad that they stopped offering their free plan but believe if anyone has the budget to pay for Moosend it'd be a great option. Their dashboard recently was updated but I believe some of the UI design elements could look nicer.

What do you like best?

Moosend has incredible customer support. They helped me work through many problems - even sticking with me across days to find a solution. I would recommend Moosend.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Moosend has great customer support, if you value that then I would totally recommend moosend. If you value ease of use then moosend is not the best but still a solid place to create templates for emails.

Can only download one photo at a time; unable to input a contact email address without clicking all lists to find out if already in the account

Utilize free trial to make sure you are comfortable developing campaigns

What do you dislike?

Well, the only challenge I had was during the importation of a CSV file as it was a little bit buggy and could not accept the last name for the email list. I found this quite off as they should work to improve this because people have different needs for different purposes. Otherwise, great work.

What do you like best?

The software has a user-friendly interface and even if it's your first time using this software you will not have a hard time finding your way around it. I was reviewing the software so that I could give feedback to a company and I was quite impressed with the platform. The company was looking to transform into the digital world and I am glad they chose this software. Everyone that was involved understood it very quickly and it was easy for them to roll it out. Congratulations to the team at Moosend this is an amazing piece of work.
