What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit I have figured out is that my email no longer crashes or bounces my email list because I am no longer using my business email to send load lists. With Moosend I get all the benefits of sending one single email to multi[e people and I know that they will get it. I also like that I can track subscriber activity, link clicks, and bounced emails to rectify the situation quickly
What do you dislike?
I dislike that Moosend got rid of the free all the time price point. I don't have anywhere close to 500 contacts, so I don't feel like I should have to pay the same amount for less contacts.
What do you like best?
The ease of putting together campaigns allows me to focus on the rest of my tasks and I don't have to worry about if my campaign will look good or not because I know it will
