Good structure for OKRs, room for improvement in UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage OKRs using spreadsheets, which was a very manual and non-scalable process. Profit.co has helped us increase efficiency by providing a structured platform, improving visibility of shared OKRs across different departments, and supporting the tracking of KPIs. It also brings greater transparency to the strategic cascading of objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some processes in Profit.co still require too many manual steps. For example, the integration with Jira is limited — KPI-type KRs cannot be directly linked to Jira items, which reduces automation. In addition, the UX is not very intuitive; our team often reports difficulties with navigation and overall usability. Finally, it would be very valuable if the software allowed for deeper customization, so that each company could adapt it more closely to their specific needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a clear structure for managing OKRs, offering good visibility of progress and alignment across the organization. It helps bring more consistency to the OKR process and makes follow-up easier. In addition, the customer support team deserves recognition. We are always well assisted, and our feedback is heard and addressed with great attention.
