Workday Adaptive Planning helps organizations to improve the budgeting and forecast planning processes, make more accurate and data-driven decisions, and achieve better business outcomes. These benefits include improved efficiency, real-time access to data and insights, enhanced collaboration, and advanced analytics capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning resources for the software need improvement. Currently, the learning materials do not provide sufficient support for users to apply best practices and fully leverage the software's capabilities.
We have found that some users have set up their instances in an ineffective way and struggle to use certain features, such as the multiple dimensional modeling. This is where more detailed and practical tutorials, as well as interactive training materials, can help users to understand the software's advanced features and functionalities.
What do you like best about the product?

For example, during corporate restructuring, business expansions, acquisitions, and mergers, we found that updating the modeling was painless. It's easy to modify the hierarchy of entities, add new dimensions for sales regions, and even rebuild the models to meet new requirements due to acquisitions.
