What do you dislike about the product?

I honestly cannot fault this app. The amount of options is crazy and the price is free.

The best thing about Zoho Invoice is the fact that you have complete control over your invoices. You can customize every detail about how the invoices look, and you can also add custom fields.

FAQ section need to have more answers especially related to GST.

Managing invoices across multiple invoices across multiple business.
Also supports multiple currencies. Support is also good. Typically I got answers within few hours.
Very simple UI and easy to use. Easily customizable. Completely cloud based solution. Use around 10 to 12 times of month for invoice generation

At this time I don't have any dislikes .

What do you like best about the product?

I made the switch from FreshBooks to Zoho Invoice because Zoho Invoice offers a superior product and at a price point that is great for small businesses.

What do you dislike about the product?

A few more choices, I really like outlines but don't see a template, I also like having a little more art, for example a nice box between the customer info and the item lines.

What do you like best about the product?

Really enjoy having templates to choose from instead of having to use a companies choice. Easy to create and the help team are very fast to respond to questions.
I love that it is free, I would pay but I don't mind showing what company we use on the bottom of our invoices, free advertising.
