What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ahrefs brings together most of what I need for SEO strategy in one place, from keyword and backlink analysis to competitive research and rank tracking. It saves me time, helps me uncover opportunities faster, and gives me confidence in the data I’m using to guide decisions. It’s become an essential part of my day-to-day workflow, helping me execute SEO at a high level with speed and precision. It's my most trustworthy source of competitor, keyword, and backlink data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is that there's so much data available that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming to pinpoint exactly what I need. It’s a good problem to have, but a little more customization or simplification in certain areas could help. What I will say, though, is that the support that comes with the Enterprise-level account helps significantly alleviate this; I love our rep.
Also, the crawling functionality isn't as strong as other specialized tools on the market so I tend to use a separate crawler when I need deeper technical audits.
What do you like best about the product?
Ahrefs is hands down one of the best SEO tools I've used. The depth and accuracy of the data, particularly around backlinks and keyword rankings, are top-tier. The UI is clean, intuitive, and mostly easy to navigate, making it simple to get from insight to action quickly. I use it regularly for keyword research, competitor analysis, rank tracking, and content ideation. The UX strikes a great balance between being user-friendly and powerful, rare in enterprise-grade SEO tools. It’s the tool I trust most when I need reliable, up-to-date data fast.
