What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Database management software that was a good solution for the Chamber of Commerce. Each member business had their own record where you could enter all of their info in the appropriate fields. You could also easily do searches to find businesses that your met particular criteria and quickly pull them up.
What do you dislike?
It's a rather high priced piece of software that has limited capabilities. I haven't used it for awhile, so they may have made some improvements.
What do you like best?
This was a fairly user-friendly database program that was in place at a Chamber of Commerce where I was the Marketing Manager. It was a good program for beginner to novice users. It wasn't hard to setup or modify and it was easy to search and pull specific records.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would recommend trying it out and testing it before investing in the program. Testing it before buying is always a good idea for any software program. This will give you the chance to test it's abilities or limitations and how it works with your particular business.
