What do you dislike about the product?

Limited options on the free plan. A simple scheduled checks feature would be great, as we pull the server down every other day for 1 hour to do a backup and it always triggers an outage notification.

This was very easy to set up and it works very well.

Not clear on what further uptime monitoring solutions are.

Insights into dashboard. Being able to add multiple applications to your company environment

I'd like to be able to customize the status page, have different graphical representation of the monitors for a more compact view. Customizable reports would also be nice.

The integration with FreshService is important for us and the dashboards and reporting are crucial to our corporate compliance.

I don't have any issues while using it. all good for my needs
