The search engine is a little bit tricky to use.

What do you like best about the product?

Keeping of records and giving reports of the same.
Integrates well with Gsuit applications and and manages data of the same.
Well versed analysis and auditing in a very secure and accurate way.

It has been there over years and can't be compared with any other.

Messages from vault cannot be restored to the inbox

Its security feature and ease to access the vault is somthing that attracted me.It is a good tool for managing and storing data in secure way.The application helps in data retention which can be used for any oglf google services like gmail,drive,chat etc.The interface is very user friendly.

Its an useful and simple application so anybody can use it as it serves the purpose

Deleted users's vault is also deleted. Google should give an option for deleted users as take out is not a feasible option.

Archiving is performed in real time with no fuss for all users

What do you dislike about the product?

It is quite expensive due to which I think its pricing policy needs to be revised. Also here is an issue about no permanent storage of the data that you want to extract from any deleted account.

Google Vault has given me the power to control the data access, so that I can restrict it to particular user. While extracting any document form the Google Vault, it provides me more options for having the detailed analysis of the content. Through the data retention policy I am capable of keeping the record of business data for archival requirements.

This is superb tool. It will surely prove beneficial to whole business sectors. This single tool will help you in doing deep analysis of your work. It will empower you much in controlling the data of your work.
