What do you dislike?

Not enough options for fields to add to documents, that's all I can think of.

What do you like best?

HelloSign is very easy to use and minimalist, I like that. The only thing I would change is to have more of a variety of fields to choose from to add to a document. You can work around what's there but that's the only thing the other guys have over you. Other than that I would recommend HelloSign, I use it for my bookkeeping, HR, payroll, and tax clients it's definitely a lifesaver. Please keep posted on any additions or new features made, this software could always get better. But please don't take away the things that are great about it now.

I can't think of any downsides or anything I don't like about the product.

What do you like best?

What I like best about HelloSign is how it's so easy to use, for me and for my clients. I lead a PR practice and we are constantly generating contracts for new and existing clients. The old way of executing these contracts meant a lot of extra work for both me and my clients - downloading documents, manually signing them, scanning them, then sending them as email attachments. And if a client wanted something in a contract changed, we had to do this process all over again. I have even used HelloSign in my personal life to share documents with my bank and mortgage company. We were refinancing our mortgage during the pandemic and our mortgage loan officer was working from home. Because of this, we weren't allowed to mail paper documents to them. Hellosign made it easy.

What do you dislike?

At login it makes me refresh the page. Always says 'something went wrong' but then I refresh and do the same thing and it grants me access. Happens a lot. It's not that I'm entering my password incorrect, that is saved in the browser, and when I refresh it works fine. The template format is a little tough to figure out at first but for the most part it's pretty good. Also I can't seem to track if a reminder went out or not. Or if you can, I couldn't find that feature easily.

What do you like best?

Quick turnaround time of importing a doc to editing and sending out for signatures. It's a very simple process and I like the fact that they store the documents so that I am able to download them again if I need to. User interface is very easy to navigate as well. HelloSign also sends reminders to customers every week, which you can easily turn off. Great to have those automatically go out reminding the customers to fill things out and sign. Just takes one thing off my plate to remember to do, which is always helpful. IU also really like the integrating Gmail and Salesforce.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

HelloSign will do all the things that you need and it integrates seamlessly with apps and software you are probably already using. Whether you are using it to sing things for yourself, or sending it to customers to fill out different fields and multiple signatures, this will get it done and it's very easy to navigate.

What do you dislike?

Updates, while welcomed, can change too frequently causing you to have to adjust your method every so often. Not a deal breaker, but can be a pain-point for some users.

What do you like best?

Timely and easy to use signing tool. Easy to pass between multiple parties. I love the ability to be able to request signatures in a specific order. In our line of work, this is a must! The software is easy to use even for the technologically challenged.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have used a couple different applications for digital signature capture, and HelloSign is superior to others I have used. Easy to capture multiple signatures within and/or outside your organization. I am a huge fan of the fact you can access via web browser, so there is no need for installing software. You can easily login from a computer of cellular device or tablet. The integration on multiple platforms makes it accessible for employees in the office, working from home, or in the field. HelloSign keeps us all on the same page, including email updates to ensure all parties that require signature are notified adequately. If you want an easy-to-use, online application, I would highly recommend HelloSign.
