What do you dislike?

Updates, while welcomed, can change too frequently causing you to have to adjust your method every so often. Not a deal breaker, but can be a pain-point for some users.

What do you like best?

Timely and easy to use signing tool. Easy to pass between multiple parties. I love the ability to be able to request signatures in a specific order. In our line of work, this is a must! The software is easy to use even for the technologically challenged.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have used a couple different applications for digital signature capture, and HelloSign is superior to others I have used. Easy to capture multiple signatures within and/or outside your organization. I am a huge fan of the fact you can access via web browser, so there is no need for installing software. You can easily login from a computer of cellular device or tablet. The integration on multiple platforms makes it accessible for employees in the office, working from home, or in the field. HelloSign keeps us all on the same page, including email updates to ensure all parties that require signature are notified adequately. If you want an easy-to-use, online application, I would highly recommend HelloSign.

What do you dislike?

Templates are a bit confusing to navigate. When I try to make one it doesn't tell me my options. Of course, this may be an error on the part of the user, but I digress.

What do you like best?

With Hellosign, it is so easy to request, draft, or "write" signatures myself. Their tracker is easy and their daily reports are very helpful as well.

Furthermore, in integrating with software and other third-party applications (i.e. Google Drive, Hubspot, etc.) it is most convenient that we could link our accounts towards said applications and import documents from them.

But what I like the best is their security. I believe every document is encrypted and cannot be easily breached. All signatures are assigned to the maker's choice and to them only. Moreover, Hellosign gives out disclaimers after signing a document binding the signee to the legal repercussions that may be brought upon by signing the document.

Their User Interface is easy to navigate and easy to pick up. There were no learning curves that I had to overcome.

The layout isn't the most user friendly in my opinion

What do you like best?

I like that not only does HelloSign allow me to send contracts to clients and get their signatures back, but it also allows me to upload a template of the various contracts I have so I can use their service to just fill in the blanks before sending.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You can create your template in Word or make it a PDF, but have it open or have a hard copy in front of you for reference when you make it a template. You'll be able to designate the fields that the sender will need to fill out as well as the fields your client will need to fill out.

What do you dislike?

Again it would've been nice to know that there was an approval process upfront so that I could have worked that time into our timeline but the API team was quick to get us scheduled and clearly explained the approval process.

What do you like best?

I love the ability to create the customer experience exactly as we wanted it via the hello sign API. It was awesome that we had an API rep assigned to us that was able to help us throughout our build. It would have been nice to know that there is an approval process before we were able to roll our API live but the process was seamless enough that it didn't add much to our timeline. Overall, It's more cost-effective than some of the other enterprise e-signature platforms.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure your developers have as much time as possible with the documentation ahead of time… There were certain parameters that weren't in the documentation that we had to go to the support team for and knowing this information upfront would have helped reduce the scope creep.

We generally use this for NDAs, etc. And there isn't much to dislike - it really is simple

It's very easy and straight forward. Low amount of clicks to get what I need sent to a prospect

I dislike that I have not started HelloSign sooner! It's way easier than other electronic signature programs.

What do you like best?

I use HelloSign to request signatures from students, parents, staff, teachers, etc. It is so easy to create or upload a template and highlight the areas that each person is assigned to complete. I love the daily update emails on my outgoing signature requests and you are able to send reminders when a document is still needed to be completed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It would be helpful if you could create some sort of inventory/library or generic templates that are frequently used by HelloSign users.

What do you dislike?

I would love if you could type in the recipient, subject and message while the document is uploading (to save time).

What do you like best?

Signing directly from email is fantastic, and the signer not having to download and then re-upload what they've signed.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I can think of is when inserting the fields for signature and date, that sometimes the date shows up as the wrong person signing when setting up for 2 people. It often will try to use the first signer for the date instead of the 2nd signer which you just used. Causes one to do more adjusting and review.

What do you like best?

We had to quickly find an expensive way to find to help keep your clients safe and get the necessary signatures. We looked at several companies and HelloSign was the best for the cost and very user friendly. Uploading files, even multiple files is quick and easy.
