What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with quoting and making life easy to work with customers and customer service people. Very efficient and tracking is improved
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when i had to open a new part number and it asks to refresh and sometimes there is a lag in refreshing to open a new part number.
What do you like best about the product?
Inform couldsuite is one of the best ERP systems to work with. Very flexible and user friendly
