What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite is that some parts still feel overly complex or not fully intuitive -especially during initial setup or when enabling newer features. The reliance on technical skills for configuration can be a barrier, and documentation doesn’t always keep pace with the product’s evolution.

What I like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite is how it brings everything together into a unified, modern platform. The integration of AI, mobile, and scheduling tools within the same environment really enhances operational efficiency.
