What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I keep track of my clients and my sales numbers. Helps me stay organized and reach my goals. I can use several different links and reports to see which clients I have sold to, which items have been sold, and any items that might not sell.
What do you dislike?
I have trouble logging in to web pages from certain browsers. When I log in, I will get a "Bad Manager" Access warning. I solve it by changing browsers and logging in on the new browser. Also, There can be pages with too much information. There is no guide on how to read the data and a lot of it is knowing what you are looking for before doing your research.
What do you like best?
I like the organization of the product. Has several different functionalities. Reports are clear to read and give numbers as well as visual data in the form of graphs. I like how I am able to see all of my clients and my sales reflect daily. It gives me all the information I need to stay organized and hit my goals. It also breaks down my commission numbers and shows me my year to date numbers, month to date numbers, and week to date numbers. The reports also forecast which accounts might not start based off of trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Might have to switch back and forth from Internet Explorer and Google Chrome to be able to log in. Otherwise very useful tool for keeping track of sales, clients, and other internal information.
