Because of its basic nature, lower level or less trained employees are able to effectively utilize it for proprietary business needs.
What do you dislike?
Unfortunately only authorized persons administrators can make changes to information once it is created so you have duplicate or almost identical files created because you cannot change what you've done without permission.
What do you like best?
It's pretty basic and user-friendly even though the GUI at first is not let you think that it is. It's also easy to reverse and change things that you've done without them being set up permanently.
