What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had lots of bad backlinks and they helped me clean up my profile in weeks. I've been able to do a competitor analysis much easier than other tools, and I've fixed all the errors on our site. My rankings have gone up overall in the last two months thanks to SEMrush.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything. It does require a bit of learning for the more advanced features, but they're all on YouTube, and Customer Service actually answers the phone and helps me right away.
What do you like best about the product?
The data is accurate and SEMrush has live support I can actually call and they answer right away. They're so knowledgeable and help me navigate the more advanced features. Since I've been using SEMrush I was able to fix so many errors, clean up my backlink profile, and so much more that I've improved our overall rankings in a very competitive industry of Mortgage CRM Software (Mortgage Brokers and Loan Officers) is #1 in SEO tools and I highly recommend the paid version.
