A non-developers point of view
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My customers cannot afford expensive software solutions, so I am able to provide extremely powerful and flexible software at an extremely reasonable price. many of my customers love the fact that I can customize their software real-time, and again, for a very reasonable fee.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the product crashes and I cannot figure out why. I wish it was more stable.
What do you like best?
I chose FileMaker 25 years ago, because I was not a developer and did not want to spend the time learning a complicated language. 25 years later, I have helped thousands of people in the hearing health community to become much more efficient and organized. I could never have done so without the incredible flexibility and affordability offered by FileMaker, Inc. Of course the product is not perfect, but it's pretty close and I would highly recommend FileMaker to anyone who needs a product that allows rapid development at minimal cost. Lifelong fan.
