sometimes there is an automatic shutdown issue

It makes selling process easy, fast and secure. Apart from this, the visual presentation is effective, which helps in understanding the sales properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend this software as one of the best software for assessing and predicting future sales. The price at which the software is sold is also good as you get lots of features at such a great price. Also, I would like to appreciate and thank Microsoft for developing such a great solution for sales.

The technicality to it. Sometimes there is too much space for information. Irrelevant areas.

The information that can be added into the CRM

the learning curve is quite steep and takes a while to get used to it.

It was intuitive once you got the hang of it but lacking some features that other players like salesforce have

We have been working with Dynamics before moving to the cloud 365 suite. This allowed us more freedom with developing connections with our in-house applications. We have since purchased SharePoint 2013 to maintain compatibly and act as a broker. This has worked out well in the long run although took us some time to adapt to new workflows.

What do you like best?

Dynamic CRM has been part of our core applications for some time it fits with our other applications. As it runs on Azure it means we can allow interactions with the CRM and maintain high compliance.

Yes, We actively encourage people to switch to the the 365 lineup, the interaction with office is key for us ease of exporting direct to excel and not having to worry about CSV formatting and JSON errors which are common with other packages we use, including some in house projects

What do you dislike?

When looking things up, if they aren't in proper format, zero results show.

What do you like best?

The ability to look up absolutely anything, account name, account number, contact name, contact email.

Make sure you use the website on Google Chrome, it is a lot faster and makes it an easier process. Use Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.

Program can be slow at times, and some of the menus don窶冲 feel as intuitive as they could be

Can be used for a vsriety of applications and the functions work together

Sometimes when they have updates I can窶冲 learn the new software.

Lobe how it keeps my sales and information all organized. I窶冦 very OCD and it helps a lot! I窶囘 consider using it for anything even if it wasn窶冲 for a job.

Sometimes when tried to save things to there cloud it would takes some time.to.show up on other devoces even though it was the same account being used.

I like best that it is a cloud-based system that's closely integrated with Office and other Microsoft cloud applications. It's a solid offering that's easy to navigate.

Consider this program. It is fairly easy to learn even for people.who have a hard time with computers.

When you have a space or special character, sometimes no results show up.

What do you like best?

The way you can type anything in the "search" box and it pulls up anything containing the keywords
