Google Drive
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Google Drive on a regular basis to share documents with each other and to create work collaboratively. We love the tracking system to ensure recovery if any mistakes were made.
What do you dislike?
Google Drive tutorial is a bit all over the place. It is not attractive, hence users usually require an inperson workshop/lesson to gain the knowledge of its use.
What do you like best?
Google drive is a great way to share all assortments of documents, images, pdfs and etc unlimited. Also, the user can edit document at the same time as another group member, so it is also a great way to work collaboratively with others.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Great for sharing, would recommend providing video tutorial for new users, and option to not part-take in tutorials for return users.
