Simple to Use - Great Interface - Overall One of The Best!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Hubspot allows us to create a seemless workflows between our marketing and community management teams. The tagging system is simple and easy to keep track of. You get emails for anythign and everything you could want and that helps keep myself and those on team very organized. We appreciate that greatly.
What do you dislike?
In its simplicity, it does lack some features. I think the to do and task-oriented features could be more complex. I also wish that any screen I am looking at could be exported which is not the case. A lot of times you have to create a list and personally, I just do not like the "list" building feature - it seems like an "extra step" in the exporting process.
What do you like best?
I like the simplicity in Hubspot. Most things can be figured out directly or with a simple search and the interface is intuitive. It requires relatively little training for how many functionalities it actually provides.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would just make sure that it has all of the specific features you are looking for before jumping head on. Run through all of the deal stages and make sure it meets your standards.
