What do you dislike?

I don't like how instead of scrolling down the page to see more logs you have to click the right arrow button. This is hard to use when trying to find a particular email. Sometimes the search bar will not pick up an email that I want to find and I am forced to click the right arrow button hundreds of times until I find the email. If the page allowed you to scroll down, it would be a lot easier!

What do you like best?

I love that Mailgun is easily searchable and tells you if an email was delivered or bounced. This is useful when trying to troubleshoot why a user did not receive a particular email. I love that you are able to click into an email and see the HTML as well as the content.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is best to keep all of your emails in one software. We use three different companies to sort our emails and it can be confusing. I would recommend sticking to one!

Shared IPs aren't always great, but we are switched to new IPs anytime our mail delivery drops

Ease of onboarding and the quality of support was top notch. It really made a difference

What is there to dislike. The Mailgun product and team have been amazing. I have happily recommended Mailgun to multiple parties

Mailgun has been critical in providing a reliable email backend for grokdo.com, and other applications I've been involved in producing.

I've heard at least one business owner claim that Mailgun is only used for SPAM and that they block all Mailgun emails in their SPAM filter.

Each month, the first 10,000 emails are free. I've never even come close to paying a bill.

Mailgun is quick and easy to setup, the API is well documented and intuitive, and the first 10,000 emails each month are free! What else is there to consider?
