Good Experience by using this Messaging app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kaizala aids in coordination with the team members to keep them updated on the progress of the projects. Kaizala can be utilized more professionally for communication instead of WhatsApp and mail. Reaching out to each team member quickly is beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding Kaizala's dislike, I have nothing to say. We have been using this for a year and have not observed anything. This is based on my perspective. However, occasionally I believe that it takes a little while for the app to launch and load the chats.
What do you like best about the product?
Instead of using WhatsApp for internal team communications, this app is being used professionally in our company. It has aided us in keeping an attitude of professional skepticism.
