The Best for Creating Almost Anything
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Microsoft Office offers a great way to create inventory sheets, manuals, reports, marketing materials, presentations, and so much. It helps solve the issues needed for a business and keeping track of everything that goes on in a store and the background of a store. It has benefitted my business in so many ways to get our HR department in order and generally our business in order. Without it, we would be stuck with other lesser products to use.
What do you dislike?
What I dislike is when the applications randomly freeze or hangs. I have noticed this in almost every version (from 2007-2016). That is something that needs to be addressed before the next version is released. It's getting more frequent with bigger files in Excel. Only Safe Mode temporarily fixes the issue.
What do you like best?
What I like is the variety of products that are offered by Microsoft to use for creating, editing, and designing. While it may not be Photoshop, there are many ways to just create even the simplest of ads from PowerPoint or Publisher. It's a great start.
