We've been a NetSuite customer for 16 years now.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our business benefits by making our company and our process run smoothly. Being a small company of (18) employees, NS does everything for us that larger companies would normally have.
What do you dislike?
There are a few features and functions that we'd like to see integrated into a future release of NS. We've submitted feature requests for these and are hopeful these will become a reality soon.
What do you like best?
I like that our entire company and processes are all in a single application. This eases things for us by allowing insight into every aspect of our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I'd highly recommend NetSuite CRM for anyone who ownes or runs a business whether it be a new business or an existing business looking to transition to the NS platform.
