What do you dislike?

Need to have a decent knowledge of coding to get reports to work correctly, not for the average computer user

This is a very customizable reporting software. Can create any report tied to almost any database

The only issues I have had is trying to figure out which barcode fonts I need to use. Once I figure it out though it's very easy.

With SAP Crystal Reports, presenting data via reports is a breeze. The system not only helps us create detailed and clear reports and presentations, but it can generate reports based on information that is collected from any data source. The best feature is the built-in report wizards, guiding us in every step in building reports and completing common reporting tasks.

What do you dislike?

the complexity of the program is its best feature, and its most difficult feature. learning how to use the software is an undertaking. it is well worth the effort though.

What do you like best?

the features included in SAP Crystal reports allows me to create reports that are complex and professional. I like the glut of features included in SAP Crystal.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend at lease having a basic understanding of SQL queries, and the data structure of your SQL database.

What do you dislike?

I can be a bit complicated to use and train some people, but customer support is a great resource.

What do you like best?

We can leverage sales and marketing data to push business data and reports across multiple platforms in a very short timeline.
