Great backup software for VMware environment
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We utilize Veeam for Backups and Disaster Recovery for our VMware environment.
What do you dislike?
The setup for Veeam can be confusing depending on your infrastructure. More thorough documentation for alternate setups with best practices would be a bonus.
Backups on devices not partnered with Veeam can be slow and cause lengthy delays in snapshot removal.
What do you like best?
This software is designed very well although not always intuitive. The speed of backup is good and even better with supported storage. Creating backup jobs are fairly easy with lots of options.
