正直、文句は全くありません。Zoomに入社して以来、受け取るインセンティブに関してはすべて非常に明確でした。データはすべてを裏付けており、自分が稼いだものと不足しているものを明確に把握できるため、リーダーに尋ねる必要がなくなりました。

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xactly lets me know where I'm at and where I need to be. It also provides information about the wins and loses providing data in each section. I'ts just a matter of being curious and opening up some.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a complain at all to be honest. Since I started at Zoom everything was very clear in terms of the incetives I receive not needing to ask about it from my leaders anymore since the data backs up everything and gives me a clear picture of what I earned and possibly lack.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is on point, from the numbers, the data and the incentives. It's very helpful in terms of going through our day to day wins as well as setbacks like churns.
