Our business operations were not synced, and customer information was not housed in one place; we could not track emails or documents sent to customers. Also, customers were not linked to their invoices and subscriptions. Zoho enabled all these under one system allowing us to sync and house all of our information, giving access to the necessary personnel.

We are using Zoho One as our Primary CRM software and it helps us track all our lead activities and keep the updates on track. Email notification functionality for the upcoming tasks as fantastic and the option to create Sandbox environments for UAT testing is also available.

The reporting of the team members and customer management is very good we can easily manage and we can set the task reminders and calls reminders which will be time efective and easy way to manage the regular activities

This helps my team to coordinate everything in one place. due to the ease of using the platform, we can connect multiple applications we use Zoho one to solve everything
