What do you dislike about the product?
Design. I do believe Zoho team should invrst a bit more time and resources into a bit more modern design and adapt their design to competitors. This could give Zoho even better competitive advantage.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user friendly, simple and provides different options for visualisation of all projects. Also, it's great collaboration tool between team members. It simply provides us with the opportunity to stay on top of different developments. Morover, it provides the opportunity for clients to have live insight into all the latest tasks and milestones.
