The sharing of Contacts & Calendar items are crucial to working effectively to manage our design process. Otherwise, everyone will end up having their own set of printouts of their contacts & calendar appointments.
What do you dislike?
What Microsoft Exchange is missing is the feature to provide a signup list on an event. It's great to send out an invitation. But there isn't a common location to posts comments.
What do you like best?
What I like best about Microsoft Exchange is the ability to share your appointment calendars. This way you can plan meetings accordingly to make sure everyone is available to join.
