What do you dislike?

Nothing this app is great for storage and for organizing all of my file and all of my pictures and all of my MP3

Google drive is it It窶冱 good for keeping my pictures and order five months did the andere and organizing my files

What do you dislike?

For the same reason that i think it's great we have a shareable link, I also think there should be an extra layer of privacy just in case the link was shared to the wrong person and confidential client/company information is on the document. Something as simple as a secondary verification code would be a useful precaution.

What do you like best?

Our team uses Google Drive for internal and external status documents. Drive makes editing the same document easy since it can be done simultaneously.

I like the shareable link option because our clients who call into the status meetings are able to see the document simply by use emailing the unique link- and all they need is a google account.

I also appreciate how people show up anonymously and their google photos are replaced as avatars- this protects identity.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try to have select time frames for certain teams to edit the document- especially if it is a large document and needs to be updated frequently. This can minimize the confusion or accidental deletion of important information

At the moment, we didn't experience any issues with Google Drive.

We can easily save files and create reports.

Uploading and downloading speed can be compromised when significant number of people are using Google drive at same time. Every time you open the file, it takes sometime to load and not quick like MS Excel or Word. Security is main concern as if files are hacked and moved then you will lose confidential information.

Easy to store all types of data like files, pictures etc. Big advantage is that it can be managed by individual or group of individuals. Files can be accessed through various devices. Another good feature is that its very easy to search files. Files can be shared with anyone and you can also open discussion

What do you like best?

I love the forms feature the best, but all of google drive is pretty amazing. We actually use it to supplement sharepoint. its very easy to use and its so easy to download your work over to microsoft products like excel or word. I use the forms the most and they make it so easy to whip up a survey in just a few minutes. Additionally they now provide analytics that provide visuals of the data that you gather. its a rather robust tool to be offered for Free!!!

I do not have any dislikes for Google Drive at this time.

I like the professional looking layout and organization of Google Drive. I am able to organize my files and anything I have stored through my drive. Not only that, it is extremely easy to navigate and is extremely easy to use. I use it and access it every single day and I stay organized and am on top of my work with the use of Google Drive.

I dislike the challenge of trying to open certain files using the offered apps, which do not always allow you to see or hear the file if there is a conflict because of other company's proprietary controls. Which is not the fault of Google Drive but it has caused frustration in the past.

I love that Google Drive gives me so much power over what I share and how I share it
