What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not uncommon to see good managers recognize their team, but the peer-to-peer involvment in that recognition is much less common. Hey Taco incentivizes leadership, managers, and co-workers to recognize and celebrate one another for specific wins, but also for highlighting company values and for just being a cool person.

I think HeyTaco is allowing us the opportunity to directly recognize individuals for their work and impact on team projects. It's so important to offer thanks to people when they do their part and especially when they go above and beyond in their duty.
