What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For years now, one of the things business lack on is productivity tools. Office has changed the game for so many companies, because they offer top class software you wouldn't get anywhere else. The biggest thing we got out of office is creating high quality projects, that look stunning.
What do you dislike?
I wish it had a better/faster online platform, and more mobile uses, as well as maybe the could refresh more often.
What do you like best?
When ever I have to write any paper, create a presentation, or use a excel sheet, Microsoft is my go to for it, as it is for a lot of people. I love how on office 365, everything you edit on your computer, you can access on one drive across all of your devices. Microsoft Office is the best. I love how if your working on a project with someone, you can quickly collaborate with each other at the same time.

Make sure to use the tutorials so you can know the in's and out's of office, because their is so many different features you probably wouldn't know about.
