Netsuite is exactly what my company needed to continued our strong growth
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our previous group of software was a theoretical ceiling for us. They did not talk to each other, were not on the cloud and were out of date. Practically nothing about them was good. Netsuite provides us one solution that allows us to scale. It will be imperative as we are a fast growing company. Another bonus of Netsuite, is suitescript and work flows; Our old system did not allow any customization. Our old collection of software, did not include any CRM. The ability for us to create and manage cases has vastly helped our customer service team. The biggest problem were having was that each of our systems was independent of each other and did not communique. We had a separate non webbased software for our order management, reporting, marketplace connection, and accounting. The connections between them was not very good at all. Something we are looking into switching in the next year or so is our website ecommerce platform. We are currently on Magento 1 and are looking at switching to either magento 2, shopify, or Suite commerce advanced. The two main benefits that suite commerce advanced gives us are PCI compliance and the seamless integration between the ERP and Ecommerce solution.
What do you dislike?
Because the system is so complex and we are a small company of about 25 employees, it's difficult to stay focused on what solutions are best for our company.
What do you like best?
Netsuite is an all in one software with limitations. The system itself is incredibly well thought out and easy to use.
