What do you dislike?

I haven't been using it very long, and I haven't found any major dislikes about it

What do you like best?

Easy to use,
New programs and systems can be sometimes be a little challenging, but pipedrive was very straightforward, the system made sense, and it was very user friendly, In sales, follow up is key, one of the challenges that we had was prospects getting forgotten. This system has helped us almost completely eliminate that issue.

What do you dislike?

Exporting and importing databases could be slicker, integration with external Apps (like Woodpecker) should be simpler. Each column in the Pipeline view should have different listings. From the oldest lead to the latest or from the most overdue task assigned to the latest one. Currently, the way your prospects are listed is random (in the pipeline view), while sometimes would be great to sort them depending on needs.

What do you like best?

The simplicity of navigation and intuitive dashboard. Mobile and desktop App integration. Automatic reminders about tasks are brilliant.

I have not found anything to dislike so far.

What do you like best?

The usage of notifications and "next activity" that almost forces you to take the next step in the sale process, with every lead that you have in the system.

Try it! It's really easy to use and they are very keen on prolonging your trial period, if you just ask them. We did that for 5 months.

I wish there was a plug in where I could just add leads I google to pipedrive, difficult work I know, but someday you guys will figure it out.

What do you like best?

Pipedrive is an exceptionally transparent, easy to navigate CRM system. The best part is their customer service team. I have gotten responses within seconds, they are truly the best.
