Not great for huge number of cold calls.

What do you dislike?

I like and admire Pipedrive team for building such a great product, although, I'm missing a mailbox feature, where I could add related emails to the sales deals directly without adding Pipedrive email to bcc.

What do you like best?

Pipedrive has a great user experience, awesome customer support and the app itself is built exactly for my needs.

At first, when there was just me doing sales I managed everything in email. As soon as my team started growing I wanted to make our sales processes transparent and now with Pipedrive we just did it. So far it has been serving us very well. It's simple and everybody can see what's going on in the company :)

Does not load on older versions of operating systems

Ease of use, organization in terms of where we are in a lead/deal

Great to improve quality of selling, in terms of tracking processes

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I run into bugs where I'm not able to edit fields or add notes, or even find certain deals. Usually after a couple times of refreshing, this is fixed.

What do you like best?

It's super simple to use and customize to your liking. The UI is really smooth and fluid, and everything saves and updates without needing to refresh the page.
